Postdoctoral Fellow
Job Description: The Postdoctoral Fellow will lead and collaborate on research projects aimed at understanding hippocampal circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct experiments using techniques such as electrophysiology, optogenetics, or advanced imaging.
Analyze and interpret research data, prepare manuscripts for publication in scientific journals, and present findings at national and international conferences.
Collaborate with team members and external research groups to enhance project outcomes and develop new research proposals.
Mentor junior researchers and students.
Qualifications:
PhD in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of neuroscience, as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Laboratory Technician
Job Description: The Lab Technician will support and conduct research activities under the guidance of senior researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct electrophysiological recordings from brain tissue.
Perform surgical procedures on mice, including stereotaxic surgeries and post-operative care.
Assist in the preparation of experiments and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain detailed records of research findings and laboratory protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field.
Ideally two years of hands-on experience in a research laboratory setting with a focus on electrophysiology, mouse surgery or and imaging techniques.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
